I know it can overwhelming trying to figure out how to dress your family for photos, so I try to put together a guide each season full of current pieces that are easy to replicate within your budget. I like more classic styles that will stand the test of time versus trendy pieces that may look dated as you look back on these photos over the years.
For Fall, I love sticking to a classic palette of burgundy, mustard, forest green, navy, and neutrals. These colors look gorgeous together and create a sumptuous color palette for your photos. They are readily available in most shops around this time which makes mixing and matching a snap! I'm a fan of subtle prints and textures, and Fall is a great time to experiment with layering to create visual interest.
I also have a thing for booties (the shoe, not the body part) so Fall may or may not be my favorite season to dress for. See last year's family photo fashion guide here.
